Garbage TruckMission Statement

The City of Tuskegee’s Sanitation Division is committed to protecting public health and safety while providing reliable service rendered with professionalism; providing daily curb-side waste services and commercial services of the highest quality, delivered with pride to our customers.

The requirement for our handicap customer(s) - Have your household garbage placed in bags; and the garbage receptacle placed in an area so that the driver can see it from the street.

If your garbage receptacle needs to be replaced, please call our office at (334) 720-0532. Office hours are 6:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday, with the exception of Holidays.

In carrying out our mission, we intend to provide and maintain the best possible work environment for our employees, fully cooperate with all governing and regulating agencies, and do our part to create a sense of partnership between the City and the communities we serve, with exceptional customer service.
