The Mission of the Human Resource Management Department is to recruit, retain, and develop the best possible workforce for the City of Tuskegee. This will be achieved by the following actions:
- Recruiting, orienting, and developing qualified and motivated employees
- Assisting Employees with work related problems
- Coordinating the City's benefits program
- Assisting department with personnel matters
